अन्वारुरोह चाप्येनं प्रेम्णा राजा युधिष्ठिर:।
अपास्य चाशु यन्तारं दारुकं सूतसत्तमम्।
अभीषून् प्रतिजग्राह स्वयं कुरुपतिस्तदा॥
अनुवाद
उस समय कुरु देश के राजा युधिष्ठिर भी भगवान के प्रेमवश उनके पीछे-पीछे रथ पर बैठ गये और तुरन्त ही श्रेष्ठ दारुक को सारथी के आसन से उतारकर घोड़ों की लगाम अपने हाथ में ले ली।
At that time, Yudhishthira, the king of Kuru country, also, out of love for the Lord, followed Him and sat in the chariot, and immediately removed the excellent Daruka from the charioteer's seat and took the reins of the horses in his own hands.
