जो प्रतिदिन चारों वेदों का उनके भागों सहित अध्ययन करता है तथा जिसने शूद्र का अन्न नहीं खाया है, उसे ऋषियों ने दान का सर्वश्रेष्ठ पात्र माना है।
He who daily studies the four Vedas along with their parts and who has not eaten the food of a Shudra, has been considered by the sages as the best recipient of charity.
