मरुत्त उवाच
घोर: शब्द: श्रूयते वै महास्वनो
वज्रस्यैष सहितो मारुतेन।
आत्मा हि मे प्रव्यथते मुहुर्मुहु-
र्न मे स्वास्थ्यं जायते चाद्य विप्र॥ १६॥ |

| मरुत्त बोले, "हे ब्राह्मण! मैं तूफान के साथ-साथ वज्रों की भी भयंकर गर्जना सुन रहा हूँ। इससे मेरा हृदय बार-बार काँप रहा है। आज मेरे मन में बिल्कुल भी शांति नहीं है।" |
