अहं कर्ता हि सत्रस्य होता शुक्रस्य चैव ह।
यस्य बीजं फलं तस्य शुक्रं चेत् कारणं मतम्॥ १२०॥
अनुवाद
‘मैं ही यज्ञ करनेवाला हूँ और अपने वीर्य को हविरूप में अर्पित करनेवाला हूँ। जिसके पास बीज है, उसे उसका फल मिलता है। यदि वीर्य को ही इनके जन्म का कारण माना जाए, तो ये निश्चय ही मेरे पुत्र हैं।’॥120॥
‘I am the performer of the sacrifice and the one who offers my semen as oblation. The one who has the seed gets its fruits. If semen is considered to be the reason for their birth, then these are definitely my sons.’॥120॥
