गवां मध्ये शुचिर्भूत्वा गोमतीं मनसा जपेत्।
पूताभिरद्भिराचम्य शुचिर्भवति निर्मल:॥ ४२॥
अनुवाद
पवित्र जल पीकर शुद्ध होकर, गौओं के साथ बैठकर मन ही मन गोमती मंत्र (गोमा अग्निवामा अश्वि आदि) का जप करना चाहिए। ऐसा करने से वह अत्यंत शुद्ध और निर्मल (पापों से मुक्त) हो जाता है।॥ 42॥
After purifying oneself by sipping holy water, one should chant the Gomati mantra (Goma Agnivama Ashvi etc.) in his mind while in the company of cows. By doing so, he becomes extremely pure and clean (free from sins).॥ 42॥
