नाभूमिपतिना भूमिरधिष्ठेया कथंचन।
न चापात्रेण वा ग्राह्या दत्तदाने न चाचरेत्॥ १५॥ |

| जो भूमि का स्वामी न हो, उसे उस पर अधिकार नहीं जताना चाहिए और अयोग्य व्यक्ति को भूमि दान स्वीकार नहीं करना चाहिए। दान की गई भूमि को अपने उपयोग में नहीं लाना चाहिए ॥15॥ |
