राजाओं को चाहिए कि वे सदैव ब्राह्मणों का सत्कार करें, उन्हें उत्तम भोजन, आभूषण तथा अन्य इच्छित वस्तुएँ भेंट करके उनका अभिवादन करें और पिता के समान उनके पालन-पोषण का ध्यान रखें। तभी इन ब्राह्मणों के कारण राष्ट्र में शांति बनी रह सकती है। जैसे इंद्र से वर्षा पाकर सभी प्राणियों को सुख और शांति मिलती है।
Kings should always worship Brahmins by offering them the best food, ornaments and other desired things presented to them by greeting them and take care of their upbringing like a father. Only then can there be peace in the nation due to these Brahmins. Just like all living beings get happiness and peace when they receive rain from Indra. 2 1/2.
