आद्यतीर्थं तु तीर्थानां वैष्णवो भाग उच्यते।
यत्रोपस्पृश्य वर्णानां चतुर्णां वर्धते कुलम्॥

| हाथ में वैष्णव तीर्थ का भाग सभी तीर्थों में श्रेष्ठ माना गया है। वहाँ जल रखने और जल का आचमन करने से चारों वर्णों का कुल बढ़ता है तथा देवताओं और पितरों का इस लोक और परलोक में कार्य बढ़ता है। |
