| कुछ दूर जाने पर उन्हें कुबेर की अलकापुरी का स्वर्ण द्वार दिखाई दिया, जो दिव्य प्रकाश से जगमगा रहा था। वहाँ उन्होंने महात्मा कुबेर का कमल पुष्पों से सुशोभित एक कुआँ देखा, जो गंगाजी के जल से परिपूर्ण होने के कारण मंदाकिनी नाम से प्रसिद्ध था। |
