जब सभी तर्क समाप्त हो जाते हैं, तभी उत्तम ज्ञान की प्राप्ति होती है। वह ज्ञान सम्पूर्ण जगत के लिए सर्वोत्तम प्रकाश है। हे राजन! जो ज्ञान केवल तर्कों से प्राप्त होता है, वह वास्तव में ज्ञान नहीं है; इसलिए उसे प्रामाणिक नहीं मानना चाहिए। जो ज्ञान वेदों द्वारा प्रतिपादित नहीं किया गया है, उसे त्याग देना ही उचित है।
When all arguments are exhausted, only then the best knowledge is attained. That knowledge is the best light for the entire world. King! The knowledge which is obtained by mere arguments is not really knowledge; hence it should not be considered authentic. It is appropriate to abandon the knowledge which has not been propounded by the Vedas. 8-9.
