जो भक्त पुरुष नित्य प्रातःकाल उठकर स्नान करके भगवान् विष्णु का मन में ध्यान करता हुआ इस वासुदेव-सहस्रनाम का विधिपूर्वक पाठ करता है, वह महान यश पाता है, जाति में प्रतिष्ठा पाता है, अचल सम्पत्ति प्राप्त करता है और उत्तम कल्याण पाता है तथा उसे कहीं भी भय नहीं रहता। वह वीर्य और तेज को प्राप्त करता है तथा स्वस्थ, तेजस्वी, बलवान, सुन्दर और सर्वगुण संपन्न हो जाता है। 125—127॥
The devout man who always wakes up early in the morning, takes bath and recites this Vasudeva-Sahasranama properly, meditating on Vishnu in his mind, gets great fame, gets importance in the caste, gets immovable property and gets excellent welfare and he has no fear anywhere. He gets semen and radiance and becomes healthy, radiant, strong, beautiful and full of all qualities. 125—127॥
