आकाशादवनिं प्राप्तस्तत: स पृथिवीपति:।
एतदेव पुनश्चोक्त्वा विवेश धरणीतलम्॥ ५१॥
अनुवाद
उस समय देवराज वसु गलत निर्णय देने के कारण आकाश से पृथ्वी पर गिर पड़े और तत्पश्चात् पुनः पृथ्वी पर वैसा ही निर्णय देने के कारण पाताल लोक में चले गए ॥ 51॥
At that time, the celestial King Vasu fell from the sky to the earth due to giving a wrong decision. Thereafter, due to giving the same decision on earth again, he ended up in the netherworld. ॥ 51॥
