जो पुरुष सदैव मुनि रहता है, अपनी इन्द्रियों को वश में रखता है, क्रोध पर विजय प्राप्त करता है, लिंग और उदर की वृत्तियों को वश में रखता है, तीनों अग्नियों में नियमित रूप से आहुति देता है, संध्यावंदन में तत्पर रहता है तथा पूर्वोक्त नियमों का पालन करते हुए भोजन करता है, वह आकाश के समान निर्मल हो जाता है और उसकी प्रभा सूर्य के समान चमकने लगती है।
The man who is always a sage, has controlled his senses, has conquered anger, always controls the impulses of the penis and the abdomen, regularly offers oblations in the three fires, and is always devoted to the evening prayer, and who eats his food after following the various rules mentioned earlier, becomes as clear as the sky and his radiance shines like the radiance of the sun.
