ततोऽपरे भान्ति लोका: सनातना:
सुपुण्यगंधा विरजा विशोका:।
वरुणस्य राज्ञ: सदने महात्मन-
स्तत्र त्वाहं हस्तिनं यातयिष्ये॥ ३५॥ |

| गौतम बोले, "इसके अतिरिक्त और भी बहुत से सनातन लोक हैं, जो प्रकाशित हैं, जहाँ शुद्ध सुगन्ध व्याप्त है। वहाँ न तो रजोगुण है, न शोक। वे स्थान महामनस्वी राजा वरुण के लोक में हैं। मैं वहाँ जाकर तुमसे अपना हाथी वापस ले लूँगा।" 35। |

| Gautama said, "Apart from that, there are many other eternal worlds that are lit up, where pure fragrance prevails. There is neither Rajoguna nor sorrow. Those places are in the world of the great-minded king Varuna. I will go there and take back my elephant from you. 35. |
