प्रीयता हि तदा ब्रह्मन् ममानुग्रहबुद्धिना।
पितृकार्ये त्वया पूर्वमुपदेश: कृतोऽनघ॥ ५६॥ |

| हे निष्पाप ब्रह्म! उन दिनों में आप मुझ पर बहुत स्नेह करते थे, अतः मुझ पर कृपा करने के उद्देश्य से आपने मुझे पितरों के निमित्त श्राद्धकर्म करने की विधि बताई थी ॥ 56॥ |
