जिनके पास कुछ नहीं है, वे यदि विपत्ति के समय उनसे कुछ मांगें, तो उन्हें दया और कर्तव्य समझकर ही देना चाहिए, न कि भय या दबाव से ॥23॥
If people, who do not possess anything, ask for it in times of distress, they should give it to them out of compassion and as a matter of duty, and not out of fear or pressure. ॥23॥
