महाभाग्यं दण्डनीत्या: सिद्धै: शब्दै: सहेतुकै:।
शृणु मे शंसतो राजन् यथावदिह भारत॥ ७५॥ |

| भीष्म बोले - 'हे राजन! भरतपुत्र! मैं दण्डनीति से राजा और प्रजा के लिए जो महान सौभाग्य उत्पन्न होता है, उसका वर्णन प्रजा में प्रचलित और युक्तियुक्त वचनों द्वारा कर रहा हूँ। इसे यहाँ यथावत सुनो।' 75. |
