यदि अभिमान से युक्त, कर्तव्य-अकर्तव्य का ज्ञान हीन तथा कुमार्ग पर चलने वाला मनुष्य ही उसका गुरु है, तो उसे भी दण्ड देने का सनातन विधान है।' 7॥
'If a person filled with pride and without knowledge of duty and non-duty and who follows the wrong path is his teacher, then there is an eternal law to punish him also.' 7॥
