निन्दन्ते स्वानधीकारान् संत्यजन्ते च भारत।
न वृत्त्या परितुष्यन्ति राजदेयं हरन्ति च॥ ५९॥

भारत! इन्हें जो भी काम सौंपा जाता है, ये उससे नाराज होकर उसे छोड़ देते हैं। इन्हें जो वेतन मिलता है, उससे ये संतुष्ट नहीं होते और सरकारी धन का गबन करते रहते हैं। 59.
Bharat! Whatever work is entrusted to them, they resent it and leave it. They are not satisfied with the salary given to them and keep embezzling the government money. 59.
