एवं चैव नरश्रेष्ठ रक्ष्या एव द्विजातय:।
सापराधानपि हि तान् विषयान्ते समुत्सृजेत्॥ ३१॥ |

| हे पुरुषश्रेष्ठ! इतना सब होने पर भी ब्राह्मणों की सदैव रक्षा करनी चाहिए; यदि वे कोई अपराध करें तो उन्हें मृत्युदंड देने के स्थान पर अपने राज्य की सीमा से बाहर निकाल देना चाहिए ॥31॥ |
