एतामक्षपयित्वा हि जायते नृपसत्तम।
सा ह्यस्य प्रकृतिर्दृष्टा तत्क्षयान्मोक्ष उच्यते॥ ७॥
अनुवाद
श्रेष्ठ! जीव अपनी अज्ञानता के कारण उस सोलहवीं कला रूप प्रकृति के संयोग को नष्ट नहीं कर पाता, इसलिए बार-बार जन्म लेता है। उसी कला को जीव का स्वभाव अर्थात् उसकी उत्पत्ति का कारण देखा गया है। उसके संयोग के नष्ट हो जाने पर ही मोक्ष की प्राप्ति बताई गई है। 7॥
The best! The living being, due to his ignorance, is unable to destroy the combination of that sixteenth art form of nature, hence takes birth again and again. That very art has been seen to be the nature of the living being i.e. the reason for its origin. Salvation is said to be attained only after its conjunction is destroyed. 7॥
