मैंने तुम्हें योग-सम्बन्धी विविध शास्त्रों के सिद्धान्त बताये हैं। योगाभ्यास का प्रत्येक कर्म द्विजों के लिए ही विहित है, अर्थात् केवल उन्हीं को उसे करने का अधिकार है ॥57॥
I have told you the principles of various scriptures related to Yoga. Every act of practicing Yoga has been prescribed for the twice-born only, i.e. only they have the right to do it. ॥ 57॥
