तात! जो मुख से उत्पन्न हुए, वे ब्राह्मण कहलाए। दोनों भुजाओं से उत्पन्न हुए मनुष्य क्षत्रिय माने गए। राजन! जो जंघाओं से उत्पन्न हुए, वे धनवान (वैश्य) कहलाए; और जो पैरों से उत्पन्न हुए, वे सेवक या शूद्र कहलाए। 6॥
Tat! Those who were born from the mouth were called Brahmins. Humans born with both arms were considered Kshatriyas. Rajan! Those who were born from the thighs were called wealthy (Vaishya); Those who originated from the feet were called servants or Shudras. 6॥
