यदि निम्न जाति (शूद्र) के लोग अपना उत्थान करना चाहते हैं, तो उन्हें सदाचार का पालन करना चाहिए और आत्मा को उन्नत करने वाले सभी कार्य करने चाहिए; परंतु उन्हें वैदिक मंत्रों का जप नहीं करना चाहिए। ऐसा करने से उन्हें कोई पाप नहीं लगता॥ 29॥
If the people of the lower caste (Shudras) want to uplift themselves, they should follow good conduct and perform all the activities that elevate the soul; but they should not chant Vedic mantras. By doing so they do not incur any sin.॥ 29॥
