कभी-कभी (जब वह अत्यधिक तमोगुण में लीन रहती है) तो न तो सुख से उसका कोई सम्बन्ध होता है और न दुःख से (वह निद्रा और आलस्य आदि में लीन रहती है) इस प्रकार यह भावबुद्धि इन तीनों भावों का पालन करती है॥ 23॥
Sometimes (when it is engrossed in the excessive Tamoguna) it neither has any association with happiness nor with sorrow (it remains engrossed in sleep and laziness etc.). In this way this emotional intelligence follows these three emotions.॥ 23॥
