फिर वह मनुष्य सांसारिक सुखों में आसक्त होकर अपने पूर्वजों द्वारा संचित धन को धीरे-धीरे नष्ट कर देता है और दरिद्र होकर दूसरों का धन हड़पने में अपना कल्याण समझने लगता है ॥8॥
Then that person, being addicted to worldly pleasures, gradually squanders the savings saved by his forefathers and becomes poor and starts considering it good to usurp the wealth of others. ॥ 8॥
