काल के द्वारा प्रेरित होकर जीव अपने पापकर्मों के फलस्वरूप नरक में डूबने को विवश होते हैं और अपने पुण्यकर्मों के फल से वे सब स्वर्ग में जाकर वहाँ सुख भोगते हैं। ऐसा बुद्धिमान पुरुषों का कथन है॥17॥
The living beings, driven by time, are compelled to sink in hell as a result of their sinful deeds, and by the result of their good deeds, all of them go to heaven and enjoy bliss there. This is the statement of wise men.॥ 17॥
