बुद्धि के द्वारा मन और वाणी को अर्थात् मन सहित समस्त इन्द्रियों को वश में कर, नेत्रों के द्वारा बुद्धि के विवेकरूप को वश में कर, फिर आत्मज्ञान के द्वारा विवेकरूप ज्ञान को वश में करके आत्मा को परमात्मा में लीन कर दे। इस प्रकार शुद्ध आचरण और विचारों वाला साधक सब पर विजय पाकर शांतिपूर्वक परमात्मा का साक्षात्कार कर ले। 12 1/2॥
Subdue the mind and speech, that is, all the senses including the mind, through the intellect, subdue the discriminating form of the intellect through the eyes, then subdue the discriminating knowledge through self-knowledge and merge the soul in God.
