न प्रवृत्तिर्ऋते शास्त्रात् काचिदस्तीति निश्चय:।
यदन्यद् वेदवादेभ्यस्तदशास्त्रमिति श्रुति:॥ ५९॥
अनुवाद
विद्वानों का यह निश्चय है कि शास्त्रविहीन अर्थात् शास्त्रों के निर्देशों का उल्लंघन करके कोई भी प्रवृत्ति सफल नहीं हो सकती। जो कुछ वैदिक वचनों के विरुद्ध है, वह अशास्त्रीय है, ऐसा श्रुतिका कहती है। 59॥
It is the determination of the scholars that no trend can be successful without the scriptures, that is, by violating the instructions of the scriptures. Whatever is against the Vedic words is unscriptural, this is what Srutika says. 59॥
