सर्व एते त्रयो वर्णा: कार्या ब्राह्मणबन्धना:।
धर्मपाशनिबद्धानामन्योऽप्येवं चरिष्यति॥ ७॥ | | | | | | अनुवाद | | सत्यवान् ने कहा, "पिताजी! क्षत्रिय, वैश्य और शूद्र- इन तीन वर्णों को ब्राह्मणों के अधीन कर देना चाहिए। जब चारों वर्णों के लोग धर्म के बंधन में बंध जायेंगे और उसका पालन करने लगेंगे, तब सूत-मगध आदि अन्य लोग भी उनका अनुकरण करके धर्म का पालन करेंगे।" | | | | Satyavan said, "Father!
