| हे भरतनन्दन! धर्म ही इन प्राणियों की उत्पत्ति का कारण है। धर्म ही इनके जीवन और मोक्ष का कारण है; किन्तु केवल वेद पढ़कर ही धर्म को नहीं जाना जा सकता।॥3॥ |
