भीष्म कहते हैं - राजन! शुकदेव के इस प्रकार पूछने पर पराशरपुत्र भगवान व्यास ने कहा - 'पुत्र! ये कर्म और ज्ञान मार्ग क्रमशः नाशवान और अविनाशी हैं। मैं इनका वर्णन आरम्भ करता हूँ।'
Bhishma says - King! On being asked in this manner by Shukdev, Lord Vyasa, son of Parashara, replied - 'Son! These paths of action and knowledge are respectively perishable and imperishable. I am beginning to explain them.
