वह सम्पूर्ण आकाश को जलरूप देखता है और आत्मा को भी जलरूप अनुभव करता है (यह अनुभव जलतत्त्व का ध्यान करते समय होता है) फिर जल के विलीन हो जाने पर अग्नितत्त्व का ध्यान करते हुए वह सर्वत्र अग्नि को चमकता हुआ देखता है॥19॥
He sees the entire sky as water and experiences the soul as water (this experience happens while meditating on the water element). Then, after the water dissolves, while meditating on the fire element, he sees fire shining everywhere.॥19॥
