निर्मुच्यमान: सूक्ष्मत्वाद् रूपाणीमानि पश्यत:।
शैशिरस्तु यथा धूम: सूक्ष्म: संश्रयते नभ:॥ १७॥ |

| जब साधक स्थूल शरीर के अभिमान से मुक्त होकर ध्यान में स्थित होता है, तब सूक्ष्म दृष्टि से युक्त होने के कारण उसे कुछ इस प्रकार के रूप (चिह्न) दिखाई देते हैं। प्रारम्भ में पृथ्वी की कल्पना करते समय ऐसा प्रतीत होता है कि शीतकाल के कोहरे के समान कोई सूक्ष्म वस्तु सम्पूर्ण आकाश को आच्छादित कर रही है॥17॥ |

| When a seeker is free from the pride of the physical body and is in meditation, then due to being endowed with subtle vision, he sees some such forms (signs). Initially while imagining the earth, it appears that some subtle object like the fog of winter is covering the entire sky.॥ 17॥ |
