कथमद्य तदा चैव मनस्ते दानवेश्वर। |

| तुमने राजसी लक्ष्मी से सुशोभित उद्यान में बहुत वर्ष व्यतीत किए हैं। उस समय सुवर्णमयी कांति वाली सहस्रों दिव्य अप्सराएँ, जो सब-की-सब कमल मालाओं से सुशोभित थीं, तुम्हारे सामने नृत्य करती थीं। हे दैत्यराज! उन दिनों तुम्हारी मनःस्थिति क्या थी और अब कैसी है?॥19-20 1/2॥ |
