श्रुति के अनुसार जो सर्वव्यापी है, व्याप्त है और जो सबका साधन है, जो सम्पूर्ण जगत् में सदा स्थित है, सबका कारण है और स्वयं सबका कर्ता है, वही परम कारण है। उसके अतिरिक्त जो कुछ भी है, वह केवल कार्य है। ॥7॥
According to the Shruti, the one who is all-pervading, pervaded and the means of all that exists, who is always stable in the entire universe, the cause of all and the doer of everything himself, is the ultimate cause. Whatever exists other than him is just an effect. ॥ 7॥
