एतै: शरीरैर्जलमेव गत्वा
जलाच्च तेज: पवनोऽन्तरिक्षम्।
खाद् वै निवर्तन्ति न भाविनस्ते
मोक्षं च ते वै परमाप्नुवन्ति॥ २॥ |

| इन पूर्वोक्त शरीरों के साथ (पृथ्वी शरीर के पश्चात) जीव जल में लय होते हैं; फिर जल से अग्नि में, अग्नि से वायु में और वायु से आकाश में लीन हो जाते हैं। आकाश से सृष्टिकाल में वे पुनः पूर्वोक्त क्रम से जन्म लेते हैं; किन्तु जो ज्ञानी हैं, वे मोक्षस्वरूप भगवान को प्राप्त होते हैं। वे इस संसार में पुनः जन्म नहीं लेते। 2॥ |

| Along with these aforesaid bodies (after the terrestrial body) the living beings have rhythm in the water; Then they merge from water into fire, from fire into air and from air into sky. During the time of creation from the sky, they are again born in the above order; But those who are knowledgeable attain God as the form of salvation. They are not born again in this world. 2॥ |
