आत्मा शरीर से सर्वथा भिन्न है। वह उसकी उत्पत्ति, वृद्धि, क्षय और मृत्यु आदि दोषों से कभी प्रभावित नहीं होता। परंतु अज्ञानी मनुष्य अपने पूर्वकर्मों के फल से पूर्वोक्त सूक्ष्म शरीर के साथ ही दूसरे शरीर में चला जाता है ॥15॥
The soul is completely different from the body. He is never affected by the defects of its origin, growth, decay and death etc. But an ignorant person goes to another body along with the subtle body mentioned above due to the results of his previous actions. 15॥
