इस प्रकार मन को जीतकर और दृष्टि को एकाग्र करके उन दोनों ने प्राणों सहित सुषुम्ना मार्ग से मन को मूढ़ता में स्थित कर दिया। फिर वे दोनों समाधि में स्थित हो गए। उस समय उन दोनों के शरीर जड़ वस्तुओं के समान निश्चल हो गए। 19॥
In this way, after conquering the mind and concentrating the vision, both of them, along with their life, established the mind in foolishness through the path of Sushumna. Then both of them became situated in samadhi. At that time both of their bodies became motionless like inanimate objects. 19॥
