| निवृत्ति मार्ग पर पहुँचने की विधि यह है - जप करने वाला व्यक्ति एक गद्दी पर बैठे। उसके हाथ में भी एक गद्दी हो। वह अपने केशों में गद्दी बाँधे, गद्दियों से घिरा हुआ बैठे तथा उसका मध्य भाग भी गद्दियों से ढका रहे।॥14॥ |
