यह चेतन और अचेतन जगत बुद्धि के उत्पन्न होने पर ही अस्तित्व में आता है और बुद्धि के प्रलय होने पर ही लुप्त हो जाता है; अतः यह सम्पूर्ण जगत बुद्धि पर आधारित है; इसलिए श्रुति ने प्रत्येक वस्तु की बुद्धि ही बताई है।
This animate and inanimate world comes into existence only when the intellect arises and vanishes with its dissolution; therefore, this entire world is based on intellect; therefore, the Shruti has indicated the intellect of everything.
