एवं त्विह स सर्वत्र प्राणेन परिचाल्यते।
पृष्ठतस्तु समानेन स्वां स्वां गतिमुपाश्रित:॥ ५॥
अनुवाद
इस प्रकार शरीर के समस्त आन्तरिक अंग तथा इन्द्रियाँ आदि समस्त बाह्य अवयव प्राण (आत्मा से संयुक्त) द्वारा संचालित होते हैं। फिर प्राण उसी वायु में परिणत होकर अपनी गति के अनुसार शरीर का संचालक होता है। ॥5॥
In this way, all the internal parts of the body and all the external organs like senses etc. are operated by Prana (combined with the soul). Then Prana, being transformed into the same air, is the operator of the body depending on its own movement. ॥ 5॥
