भरद्वाज उवाच
पार्थिवं धातुमासाद्य शारीरोऽग्नि: कथं प्रभो।
अवकाशविशेषेण कथं वर्तयतेऽनिल:॥ १॥ |

| भारद्वाज ने पूछा - हे प्रभु! शरीर के भीतर स्थित अग्नि किस प्रकार पृथ्वीतत्त्व (पंचभूतों) में स्थित रहती है और वायु भी उसी पृथ्वीतत्त्व का आश्रय लेकर किस प्रकार एक विशेष स्थान के माध्यम से शरीर को क्रियाशील बनाती है?॥1॥ |
