जैसे अग्नि में जितना अधिक ईंधन डालोगे, वह उतनी ही अधिक प्रज्वलित होगी और यदि ईंधन न डाला जाए, तो वह स्वयं ही बुझ जाएगी। उसी प्रकार तुम भी भोजन कम करके इस प्रज्वलित जठराग्नि को शांत करो॥5॥
Just as the more fuel you put in a fire, the more it will burn brighter and if no fuel is put in it will extinguish on its own. In the same way, you too should reduce your food intake and calm down this raging gastric fire.॥ 5॥
