जिसका आचार और विचार शुद्ध हैं, जिसका अन्तःकरण शुद्ध है, जिसकी इच्छाएँ शुद्ध हैं और जो भोगों से मुक्त हो गया है, वह आत्मज्ञानी पुरुष सम्पूर्ण कर्मों, तपों और नाना प्रकार के ज्ञानों का विधिपूर्वक त्याग करके त्यागी संन्यासी होकर इस लोक में प्रतिष्ठित होता है और परलोक में सनातन स्वर्ग (ब्रह्मधाम) को प्राप्त होता है ॥30-31॥
Whose conduct and thoughts are pure, whose conscience is pure, whose desires are pure and who has become free from pleasures, that self-enlightened man, by duly renouncing all the deeds, penances and various types of knowledge, becomes a self-sacrificing monk and becomes respected in this world and attains the eternal heaven (Brahmadham) in the next world. 30-31॥
