जो मनुष्य सज्जन पुरुषों के प्रकट छिद्रों को ढक देता है, अर्थात् उनके प्रत्यक्ष दोषों को छिपाने का प्रयत्न करता है, और जो पाप करके उसे न करके शुभ कर्मों में प्रवृत्त होता है, वे दोनों ही पापों से मुक्त हो जाते हैं ॥ 36॥
The person who covers up the exposed holes of the noble men, that is, who tries to hide their obvious faults, and the one who after committing a sin refrains from doing it and engages in auspicious deeds, both of them become free from sins. ॥ 36॥
