हे भरतनन्दन! जो मनुष्य बुद्धिमान होते हुए भी शास्त्रों को ठीक से नहीं समझता, तथा आसक्ति के वश में होकर बड़े उत्साह से उनका उपदेश करता है, उसकी बातों का समाज पर कोई प्रभाव नहीं पड़ता॥ 20॥
O Bharatanandan! A person who is intelligent but does not understand the scriptures properly but is under the influence of attachment and preaches about them with great enthusiasm, his words have no effect on the society.॥ 20॥
