शिष्टा वै कारणं धर्मे तद्वृत्तमनुवर्तये।
परां मेध्याशनामेनां भक्ष्यां मन्ये श्वजाघनीम्॥ ७३॥ |

| विश्वामित्र बोले, "शीलवान पुरुष ही धर्म के आचरण के कारण हैं। मैं उन्हीं के आचरण का पालन करता हूँ; इसलिए मैं इस कुत्ते की जांघ को पवित्र भोजन के समान खाने योग्य मानता हूँ।" 73. |
