इमा: प्रजा: क्षत्रियाणां राज्यभोगाश्च भारत।
धनं हि क्षत्रियस्यैव द्वितीयस्य न विद्यते॥ ३॥
तदस्य स्याद् बलार्थं वा धनं यज्ञार्थमेव च। |

| भरतनंदन! ये सभी लोग क्षत्रिय हैं। राज्य भी क्षत्रिय ही भोगते हैं और सारा धन भी उन्हीं का है, किसी और का नहीं; किन्तु वह धन उनकी सेना के लिए या यज्ञ करने के लिए है। 3 1/2। |
