अथापि च सहोत्पत्ति: सत्त्वस्य प्रलयस्तथा।
नष्टे शरीरे नष्ट: स्याद्वृथा च स्यात् क्रियापथ:॥ ७॥ |

| इसके विपरीत यदि यह मान लिया जाए कि आत्मा शरीर के साथ ही जन्म लेती है और उसके नाश के साथ ही नष्ट हो जाती है, तो शरीर के नाश होने पर आत्मा भी नष्ट हो जाएगी; उस स्थिति में तो सम्पूर्ण वैदिक कर्ममार्ग ही व्यर्थ सिद्ध होगा ॥7॥ |
